Mumbai on Sunday reported 336 new Covid-19 cases and two deaths, taking the tally in the city to 7,67,127 and the toll to 16,365. The discharge of 201 persons took the recovery count to 7,46,104 in Mumbai, which is 97 percent of the overall tally, leaving the state with 2,081 active cases. Mumbai’s Dharavi area did not report a single new case of Covid-19 on Sunday, a senior official from the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation said. The slum-dominated locality has recorded 7,178 Covid-19 cases so far, of which 6,751 patients have recovered from the infection and 10 are currently undergoing treatment.
