India Targeted 3 Air Bases: Pakistan
Meanwhile, Pakistan has claimed that India targeted three air bases inside its territory but most of the missiles were intercepted, said a Pakistan army spokesperson on Saturday.

State-run Pakistan Television stated the retaliatory attacks were underway targeting “multiple locations in India,” reported the Associated Press.

Pakistan’s military said it targeted an Indian missile storage facility and airbases in Pathankot and Udhampur.

In a televised address, Pakistani army spokesman, Lt. Gen. Ahmad Sharif said that the country’s air force assets were safe following strikes by India. He further claimed that some of the Indian missiles also hit India’s eastern Punjab.

“This is a provocation of the highest order,” Sharif said.

According to the spokesman, India targeted Nur Khan air base in the garrison city of Rawalpindi, Murid air base in Chakwal city, and Rafiqui air base in the Jhang district of eastern Punjab province.

He also claimed that some of the Indian missiles also went into Afghanistan.
