TMC claims Congress did not revert to its alliance call in Goa
The Trinamool Congress has claimed that it sent a concrete alliance plan to Congress leader P Chidambaram, who is the party’s election in-charge for Goa election, but the latter did not revert.
“I went to meet Mr Chidambaram. I went with the proposal that given the situation in Goa and the focus on removing the divisive BJP, we must unite. I sat with him for one hour with a concrete plan,” Congress Pavan Verma said.
